We will first visit the market to learn about the native Peruvian products most used in our gastronomy. Then we will meet our chef who will teach us how to prepare the most important dishes of the Peruvian diet.

A half day to enjoy and learn about Peruvian gastronomy. You will visit the local market with your guide to taste and explore the endemic products we use. Then you head to a place facing the sea where you will visit an expert chef with whom you will make some Peruvian stews.
