A true mountain excursion, the tour begins leaving your hotel between 4:00 and 4:30 am. We travel to the quiet town of Mollepata, and continue towards the Soraypampa valley. After breakfast and a rest, we begin the 7 km walk. (round trip) towards the lagoon, enjoying great views of the majestic Nevado Humantay (4,200 meters above sea level) along the way. We arrived at the charming Humantay Lagoon in an hour and a half to two hours, depending on the pace of the walk. On the shores of the lagoon, the tranquility of its waters and the imposing views of the snowy mountains lend themselves to an extraordinary experience. We will also see the well-known Nevado Salkantay at the bottom of the valley, both on the way out and on the way back. You will have lunch and have time to rest, take many photos before returning to Cusco, at the end of a beautiful day of hiking in the Andes.
